What use for Ermine Road green space

Campaigners have organised a walkabout of the green space by Ermine Road, just south of the South Tottenham railway bridge.

This site was recently refused planning permission for 158 dwellings, together with the other railway embankment off Plevna Crescent which is fenced off and not accessible. The Council deemed the land “Ecological Valuable ”.

Several local people and organisations such as Friends of the Earth want to see other possible uses of the site explored (eg allotments or a wildlife preserve). Meet 6.30pm to see the site and discuss what may be possible.

Meet  this Wednesday (17 April), 6.30pm, at the entrance opposite the Dutch House pub, through the little dead-end road next to the corner shop.
